1. Complete Protection Formula (3x morning & evening)

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

Meaning: In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

Abu Dawud 5088 (Sahih)

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

Meaning: I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

Sahih Muslim 2708

قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ (Surah Al-Ikhlas)
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ (Surah Al-Falaq)
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ (Surah An-Nas)

Recite each 3 times in the morning and evening, then blow into palms and wipe over body.

اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ...

Recite after every prayer and before sleep. A guardian from Allah protects you until morning.
